job_description.job_card.job_descriptionBachelors in Computer Science or equivalent 8+ years hands-on Systems Engineering Expertise designing and maintaining Amazon Connect Contact Flows Lambda development (Node.js or Python) + DynamoDB integration Experience with Amazon Lex, third-party API integrations, CRM / case management systems Strong knowledge of call routing, failover logic, queue configuration, and CloudWatch troubleshooting CI / CD for Lambda deployments Agile (Scrum / Kanban) experience Understanding of enterprise-scale, high-availability platforms Bonus : Genesys, Docker / Kubernetes, AWS certs Self-starter with strong collaboration, curiosity, and ability to perform under pressure.
Job Title : Systems Engineer Amazon Connect (EC3 Contact Center / Nodejs)
Location : Merrimack, NH or Westlake, TX - 2 weeks Onsite per Month
Interview Process : 1 Round : 60-minute interview with Manager and a few engineers.
