Job Description
Accountability
- Monitor and coordinate activities to manage preventative maintenance workload / financials and make recommendations for improvement.
- Track, maintain, analyze and provide current information on the operations business scorecard or key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Perform analysis of the operations cost elements to ensure effective and efficient operations.
- Prepare and analyze comprehensive and detailed reports.
- Develop, organize and present detailed performance reports for both internal and external use.
- May develop, implement, evaluate or lead projects or initiatives (e. g., business plan or process improvement initiatives related to financials)
- Provide broad analytical support to the business unit.

4 year degree in a business-related fieldMinimum 1 3 years of experience in a business related positionThorough computer-based analytical skill (e.g. Excel, Power Point, Hyperion, database management)Expertise in PeopleSoft and financial systems preferredStrong organizational, written and verbal communication skillsStrong math and analytical skillsAbility to use spreadsheet applications and learn other specialized software productsAbility to work closely with peers in a teamwork environmentAdditional Information
