Job Summary :

Under the general supervision of the PACE Center Manager, the Behavioral Health Specialist works with individuals and groups to promote mental well-being and address behavioral health issues. This role involves assessment, treatment planning, individual and group therapy, crisis intervention, and collaboration with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care. The specialist aims to improve participants' quality of life by helping them develop coping strategies, enhance their social skills, and manage their conditions effectively.
