Role Overview

As an Estimator, you’ll play a key role in shaping project success from the start—identifying opportunities, preparing detailed cost analyses, and supporting operations through the full project life cycle. Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new bidding opportunities aligned with company priorities
• Prepare mechanical and HVAC estimates with precision using industry-standard tools and methods
• Review project specifications and drawings to ensure full compliance and accuracy
• Attend site visits, pre-bid, and pre-proposal meetings
• Deliver proposals, follow up with clients, and strengthen long-term relationships
• Collaborate with operations and project management teams during project turnover
• Conduct cost analyses, track scope changes, and participate in post-job review meetings
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in estimating accuracy and efficiency
