What this job involves :

The Business Operations Director serves as the operational backbone of JLL's property management organization, orchestrating cross-functional initiatives and driving operational excellence across our portfolio. This strategic role acts as a force multiplier for leadership, providing critical insight while maintaining laser focus on key business priorities. As a trusted advisor, you'll design and implement standardized processes, lead transformational initiatives, and create frameworks that enhance collaboration and performance tracking. What your day-to-day will look like :

• Lead strategic planning sessions and facilitate cross-functional workshops to align property management teams on key initiatives and deliverables
• Design and implement portfolio-wide performance tracking systems and standardized processes for initiative management and knowledge sharing
• Act as trusted strategic advisor to leadership, creating workback plans for business activities and providing tactical support for complex decisions
• Identify operational inefficiencies and spearhead process improvement initiatives that drive measurable time savings and enhanced performance
• Develop communication frameworks for client and team engagement while ensuring accountability for commitments across multiple stakeholders
• Serve as subject matter expert for white paper development, collaborating on strategic content and hosting training events for internal teams
• Analyze complex data sets to support data-driven decision-making and translate insights into clear, actionable narratives for leadership
