As a Web Developer, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining high-quality websites and web applications for our clients.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement websites that are functional, user-friendly, and visually appealing. Your work will directly impact the success of our client’s online presence.

Responsibilities :

  • Work closely with designers to ensure a seamless transition from design to development, maintaining brand consistency and visual appeal.
  • Customize existing templates, themes, and plugins to meet specific client needs.
  • Implement eCommerce functionality and optimize user experience for online stores (Shopify, Squarespace, etc.).
  • Troubleshoot and resolve website issues, bugs, and performance concerns.
  • Optimize websites for speed, SEO, and mobile responsiveness.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to integrate lead-generation tools and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot).
  • Manage content updates and modifications across multiple platforms.
  • Ensure all websites are compliant with web standards, security protocols, and accessibility guidelines.
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance to ensure the websites are running efficiently.

Qualifications :

  • Proven experience (4+ years) as a Web Developer, with hands-on experience in Shopify, HubSpot, WordPress, and Squarespace.
  • Experience with Shopify Liquid, HubSpot COS, WordPress theme customization, and Squarespace developer mode.
  • Knowledge of web hosting, domains, and content management systems.
  • Familiarity with front-end frameworks such as Bootstrap or Foundation.
  • Experience with APIs, integrations, and third-party tools (e.g., payment gateways, CRMs, marketing automation tools).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing previous web development projects is highly desirable.
