A company is looking for a Communications Consultant to develop and implement strategic employee communication programs. Key Responsibilities : Collaborates with stakeholders to develop and execute communications for HR programs Leads integrated communications plans for key HR moments and engages employees Supports executive communications and major all-employee moments, ensuring alignment with company values Required Qualifications : Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Corporate Communications with a focus on HR / employee experience Experience in executive communications and proficiency in presentations and reports Highly organized with a proven track record in cross-functional communications Ability to manage multiple projects under deadline and demonstrate creativity in execution Proficient in Microsoft Suite, particularly PowerPoint, and experience with Mailchimp
