Job Title : Registered Nurse Profession : RN Specialty : PCU Duration : 13 Weeks Shift : AM Hours per Shift : 12 Hours Experience : Minimum 2 years License : California License Certifications : BLS, ACLS, NIHSS Must-Have : - Experience in stroke, altered mental status, alcohol withdrawal, sepsis, pneumonia, post cardiac catheterization, post craniotomy, and post ICU care. - Ability to float within skillset as needed. - Familiarity with Cerner for charting. Description : Start : ASAP with weekly starts. Shift times are 12-hour days, from 0700 to 1930. Guaranteed hours per week : 36. Weekend requirement is necessary. Nurse to patient ratio is 1 : 3 for PCU and 1 : 4 for telemetry. The unit has 31 beds. Scrub color is any color. Areas of float support are within scope. Special procedures may be required based on patient needs.
