OBJECTIVE

Coordinate and support the daily work. Overview of the order / task situation focusing on

containment and corrective actions during order / task execution time frame.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF POSITION

Expectations & Responsibilities :

Review plan coordinate and support the daily work of the department with a continuous focus on our

ALPS priorities Sustainability Quality Delivery and Cost.

Drive daily ALPS Performance Meetings and weekly Improvement Meetings in the department.

Participate in projects and improvement initiatives.

Participate in all aspects of the Problem Resolution Process to help determine the root causes of

problems and create sustainable solutions.

Provide departmental training as needed.

Develop and audit SOPs as required and drive continuous improvement to standard processes.

Execute and follow up on the department production schedule.

Perform final inspections (physical and documentation) on the departments finished goods.

Initiate Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs).

Investigate claims and support resolution.

Serve as liaison between the dept. support functions and Team Manager.

Ability to multi-task self-manage and prioritize to meet deadlines.

Observe all company policies.

ORGANIZATIONAL COMPONENTS

Reports to Team Manager.

Working relationship with all entities involved in supplying the product like

the sales engineers purchasing suppliers quality manufacturing shipping

and receiving and Master Scheduling teams.
