Service Plumber / Journeyman – Residential Plumbing

Cabrillo Plumbing, Heating & Air is hiring a full-time Service Plumber to join our team in San Francisco! If you're an experienced, friendly, and reliable technician who takes pride in quality work and is looking to grow in a supportive, well-established company — we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do :

• Diagnose, repair, and service residential plumbing systems
• Perform drain cleaning and troubleshoot issues
• Deliver outstanding customer service and uphold high standards

Compensation & Benefits :

• Earn $100K–$160K / year (based on experience + performance incentives)

What We’re Looking For :

• 3+ years of residential plumbing experience
• Strong knowledge of plumbing codes
• Professional, clean, and detail-oriented
• Great communication and customer service skills
• Motivated to grow with a career-focused company

Schedule :

• Full-time hours
• On-call rotation : 1 Saturday every 4–5 weeks
