Lead the QA automation team in the development, execution, and maintenance of automated test suites for web, mobile, API, and backend systems.

Define and implement test automation strategies aligned with project and organizational goals.

Collaborate with product managers, developers, and manual testers to understand requirements and translate them into automated test scenarios.

Select and implement appropriate automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, TestNG, JUnit, Playwright, etc.).

Integrate automated tests into CI / CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.

Track, manage, and report test metrics, coverage, defects, and test results.

Participate in Agile / Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous quality improvement.

Conduct code reviews and provide technical mentorship to junior QA engineers.

Ensure scalability and reusability of test automation scripts.
