Associate Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Description

Aids recruitment for high volume, clerical, administrative, and / or service related positions for the organization. Utilizes basic sourcing avenues to find and place qualified candidates. Assists with sourcing strategies, recruitment and retention activities.

Job Responsibility

• Aids recruitment for high volume internal recruitment related positions for the organization.
• Leverages online recruiting resources and in-house applicant tracking system to identify qualified candidates.
• Assist in pre-screens and interviews during recruiting process; maintains resume database and candidate for area(s) of focus.
• Conducts follow-up calls with hiring managers and new hires to address hiring quality improvement initiatives.
• Participates in system-wide recruiting events / initiatives, as necessary; acts as liaison to vendors and potential candidates for assigned recruitment area(s).
• Monitors vacancy and turnover rates for assigned recruitment areas and makes recommendations to address retention issues.
• Incorporates metrics to define success / failure and shares with key stakeholders.
• Operates with direct guidance and work assignments are generally straightforward and of moderate complexity.
