Math Adjunct Faculty-Coach

A company is looking for a Math Adjunct Faculty-Coach for the LE3 Program. Key Responsibilities Facilitate at least one 4-week online course, leading live virtual classes and engaging students through active learning techniques Provide group coaching for students, applying the GRoW coaching model to help them achieve personal, academic, and career goals Collaborate with colleagues to track student progress and participate in team meetings for continuous improvement Required Qualifications Master's degree or higher with 18 graduate semester hours in Mathematics, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field, or relevant teaching experience 3+ years of professional experience in leadership, facilitation, workforce development, or adult learning Demonstrated ability to work with diverse, working adult learners Comfort with digital tools such as Zoom, D2L, and Slack Postsecondary teaching experience, particularly in online or hybrid formats, is preferred
