We are seeking a talented and experienced Lead Floral Designer to join our team. This role is ideal for a creative and detail-oriented florist who is ready to lead a small team and oversee floral designs across multiple store locations. The Lead Floral Designer will manage day-to-day floral operations, from creating stunning arrangements to sourcing high-quality products and managing pricing.
Responsibilities :
- Design and create floral arrangements for various occasions, including weddings, events, and retail sales.
- Lead and mentor a small team of florists to maintain high design standards and efficiency.
- Oversee floral inventory, source fresh flowers and supplies, and manage vendor relationships.
- Develop and update product offerings for our in-house website.
- Set pricing structures for floral arrangements while ensuring profitability.
- Take and fulfill incoming customer orders with attention to detail and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inspiring workspace.
