The School Route Driver will be responsible for a delivery route and will play a key role in servicing and maintaining relationships at world-class institutions daily. This position involves loading and unloading delivery trucks, ensuring accurate tracking, and providing excellent service. Driver Helpers may assist the driver in these responsibilities, supporting efficient and timely route completion. Routes may change based on the needs of the company and its customers.

Key Responsibilities :

• Pick up and deliver laundry to designated locations on schedule.
• Interact professionally with external school-specific customers, including CFOs, Business Managers, Infirmaries, Facilities, and Kitchens.
• Ensure all customer interactions are positive, maintaining the company's reputation for excellent service.
• Promote sales and offer new products and services wherever possible to maximize revenue.
• Drive for extended periods, picking up and delivering products to customers.
• Track customer products using well-established processes / procedures.
• Communicate and work well with internal departments (Plant) as needed.
• Ensure that the delivery vehicle is in good operating condition and report service needs to a supervisor and / or General Manager.
• Assist in general warehouse duties when the delivery route is complete.
• No nights or weekends are part of our normal schedule.
• Assist with loading and unloading delivery vehicles, organizing laundry carts, and ensuring items are secured properly.
• Support the driver in navigating delivery routes, preparing stops, and ensuring accuracy of deliveries and pickups.
• Provide additional help in handling heavier loads, moving items safely, and staging deliveries at customer locations.
• Ensure the work area and vehicle remain clean, organized, and safe at all times.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications :
