Overview
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Manufacturing Engineer to join our Operations and Engineering team in the United this role you will provide technical support oversee quality control processes and drive effective collaboration between U.S. subcontractors Operations Engineering and Customer Support teams to ensure the highest standards of product quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support to U.S. subcontractors as well as Operations Engineering and Customer Support teams.
Manage Quality Control (QC) processes and ensure compliance with company standards at subcontractor facilities.
Investigate and resolve quality issues and Return Material Authorization (RMA).
Support New Product Introduction (NPI) and Design for Manufacturing (DFM)
Review approve and implement Engineering Change Orders (ECOs).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product quality reliability and manufacturability.
Requirements :
Minimum 3 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering or a closely related field.
Strong hands-on experience with electrical and mechanical technologies.
Proven ability to analyze troubleshoot repair and document electrical / mechanical issues.
Familiarity with ERP systems (Priority preferred) and PLM platforms (Agile is an advantage).
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Exceptional interpersonal skills teamwork orientation and a proactive self-motivated approach.
Bachelors degree or Practical Engineer
Hybrid position - 3 days needed on location
