Technical Sales Engineer (Remote in USA)

ALLPLAN enables architecture, engineering, and construction professionals to transform project delivery by connecting teams and data throughout the entire lifecycle. As part of our aggressive growth strategy in the Americas, we are looking for a high-performing Technical Sales Engineer to ensure we meet our revenue growth targets by providing great product expertise to potential customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Demonstrations : Build relationships with potential customers to understand how our products fit into their workflows, and demonstrate our capabilities according to that understanding.
• Translate Complexity Into Solutions : Understanding our industry, you can help leads to diagnose their biggest pain points, and offer easy-to-accomplish solutions in which our products can save customers time and money.
• Increase ROI : Fully understand the sales cycle within the AEC software sector and engage with key decision-makers, building a persuasive business case and ROI for investing in ALLPLAN’s platform
• Build Industry Presence : Establish a strong presence within targeted AEC verticals and professional communities, communicating authentically to develop and maintain a robust network of industry contacts and a healthy pipeline of prospects
• Cultivate Influence : Develop a deep understanding of how ALLPLAN’s Professional Services and product portfolio can be tailored to meet unique client needs, accelerating sales cycles and maximizing the value of new customer accounts
• Consultative Sales Approach : Employ a consultative, problem-solving approach to deliver measurable improvements for prospective clients, managing a broad pipeline while promoting renewable software licenses and service agreements

Highlight USP : Differentiate ALLPLAN from competitors through creativity and innovative solution selling, highlighting the platform’s unique strengths in the AEC industry

What We Offer

Compensation

Annual OTE 100,000 – 120,000 USD. Includes base and commission targets.

Salary offer is determined by evaluation of candidate skills and experience during the interview process based on the criteria outlined in the job advertisement above.
