Rhino Federated Computing is hiring a Engagement Director responsible for driving the success of existing programs with strategic customers, acting as a program quarterback, and building governance models to ensure stakeholder alignment and visible progress.

Responsibilities

• Drive the success of existing accounts and programs with Rhino’s most strategic customers, ensuring deployments deliver measurable technical, scientific, or business impact.
• Act as the account and program quarterback for complex, multi‑stakeholder engagements : coordinate across Rhino’s teams, customer executives, and technical / scientific users.
• Build and manage governance models (steering committees, value reviews, dashboards) to ensure stakeholders remain aligned and progress is visible.
• Systematically quantify and document the ROI, scientific, and technical impact of the platform to build an irrefutable business case for renewal and expansion.
• This role is an Individual Contributor with an early mandate to build the engagement playbook as the groundwork for a future Strategic Account Manager (SAM) team; may hire 1‑2 SAMs within 12 months as ARR scales.
• Develop and refine Rhino’s engagement playbooks : how we structure executive reviews, track outcomes, and communicate program impact.
• Collaborate closely with vertical sales leaders and the CCO , who serve as executive sponsors and commercial owners; this role focuses on program delivery and engagement continuity . Actively identifies and surfaces upsell / expansion opportunities to sales leadership.
• Systematically capture and document customer insights (technical gaps, workflow friction, scientific requirements) through structured feedback loops with Product and Engineering.
• Proactively identify and elevate program risks, customer health signals, and potential churn indicators.
