Role

Meet homeowners / builders, assess sites, create clear proposals, and close work—consultative, not pushy. You’ll educate customers on options and set our crews up for success.

What You’ll Do

Run assigned leads fast : qualify, schedule, confirm.

On-site assessments : measure LF / downspouts, note access / safety, take photos.

Build proposals : good / better / best options; price to target gross margin and labor hours.

Present & close : handle objections, secure signatures / deposits.

CRM & handoff : keep Jobber notes / photos current; deliver clean packets to production.

Follow-up : consistent email / text / call cadence until win or clear loss reason.

What You’ll Need

Sales experience is a must

1–2+ years home-services or construction sales (gutters / roofing a plus)

Comfortable on ladders / roofs; basic takeoff skills (laser / wheel)

Clear communicator; valid driver’s license & clean MVR

Nice-to-have : Jobber (or similar CRM) experience
