Structural Engineer

Note :   If not local, remote positions are also available. Hybrid NOT available.  If local, this position requires employees to be on-site five days a week at our client’s Pasadena, CA office.

Note :   The qualified candidate for this position must have at least 5 years of structural engineering experience (wood, steel, and concrete) and a degree in structural engineering. A PE license is preferred (SE is a plus).

Job Description

Design and manage structural projects, including warehouses, tilt-up buildings, Amazon distribution centers, data centers, and multi-family developments.

Prepare structural plans, specifications, and calculations for wood, steel, and concrete structures.

Collaborate with project teams and clients to deliver high-quality engineering solutions on schedule.

Participate in structural assessments and coordinate with contractors and architects.

Contribute to business growth by supporting billable work; quarterly bonuses based on billable revenue generated.

Qualifications

Must have Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, with experience focused on structural design (not Mechanical).

5+ years of structural engineering experience (wood, steel, and concrete required).

PE license preferred; SE is a plus.
