This role is ideal for a seasoned insurance operations leader who thrives in process-driven environments and excels in mentoring, coaching, and holding teams accountable to service standards. Role Overview : The Life & Health Insurance Operations Supervisor will oversee the day-to-day operations of a high-performing insurance services team responsible for : Transactional processing & policy maintenance (e.g., change of agent forms, backend policy updates) Research & escalations (e.g., verifying policy status, resolving payment issues, identifying paid-up or terminated policies) Condolence & claims support (e.g., coordinating outreach, verifying policies and beneficiaries, timely delivery of claims packages) You will act as the operational bridge between field advisors and insurance carriers, guiding the team in navigating carrier requirements, improving internal operations, and upholding the highest standards of service, accuracy, and compliance. Requirements : Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business administration, or related field (or equivalent experience) 3+ years leading and managing small to mid-sized teams 5–10 years of experience in Insurance Operations (Life, LTC, Disability Income, Hybrid products required) Life & Health Group I Insurance License (required) Strong communication and relationship-building skills Customer service experience, with focus on escalations and conflict resolution Analytical problem-solving skills and experience implementing operational improvements Experience with Agile or Lean environments a plus Ability to perform under pressure and manage competing priorities Compensation and Benefits : Employment Type : Direct Hire Schedule : Hybrid; Tuesday–Thursday on-site, Monday / Friday WFH Location : Fort Worth, TX Salary : $80k-$87k / yr. + bonus opportunities Comprehensive full benefits package
