Audiologist (Full-Time)

Cedar Rapids, Iowa

Position Highlights :

Great work-life balance with no nights or weekends
Supportive and collaborative team culture
Average of 8-10 patients per day when in primary ENT clinic
Up to 20 patients per day when in physician outreach clinic.

Compensation & Benefits :

Up to $120,000 Annually

Base salary of $75K+ (commensurate with experience)

Hearing aid incentive of about $25-$35K per year on top of base pay.

Comprehensive Benefits Package includes Health, Dental, Vision, 401k match, CME Allowance, Malpractice Insurance, License fully covered, Life / AD&D, Short / Long-Term Disability Insurance

Generous PTO program and 8 paid holidays per year

Qualifications :

Education : Master's degree in audiology or speech-language pathology from an accredited program, or a doctoral degree (Au.D.) in audiology from an accredited institution.

Clinical Training : Complete 400 hours of supervised clinical training as part of your educational program.

Clinical Experience : Minimum nine months of supervised clinical experience under a licensed audiologist or speech-language pathologist.

Exams : Pass the Praxis exam or obtain an ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC).

Secure a hearing aid specialist license.

Skills : Strong concentration, critical thinking, and excellent communication.
