About the Team

The Wholesale Customer Information System (WCIS) supports the core data infrastructure for Wholesale Banking. WCIS manages the collection, enrichment, maintenance, and distribution of customer data across all Wholesale products and services. This system is integral to operations, supporting over 100 partner teams and thousands of users globally. The data is critical for executive decision-making, regulatory compliance, and public reporting.

About the Role

As a Data Management Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of customer data within WCIS. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to test and validate data processes, support the software development lifecycle, and contribute to the continuous improvement of data quality and system performance.

Responsibilities

Perform functional and regression testing throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Analyze business requirements and system specifications to design effective test strategies.
Write and execute complex SQL queries to validate data conditions and ETL processes.
Identify, document, and communicate defects; collaborate with developers to resolve issues.
Coordinate testing activities across projects and ensure alignment with project timelines.
Contribute to the resolution of moderately complex data management issues.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to meet data governance and compliance standards.

Minimum Qualifications

4+ years of experience in Data Management, Business Analysis, Analytics, or Project Management, or equivalent experience through work, consulting, military service, or education.

Strong understanding of data structures, attributes, and relational databases.

Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries and performing batch data testing.

Experience with the full SDLC, particularly in test planning, execution, and documentation.

Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira.

Preferred Qualifications

3+ years of hands-on experience with advanced data analysis and ETL testing.

Ability to interpret and troubleshoot complex data issues independently.

Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
