General Purpose :
The Pricing Analyst is responsible for supporting the firm's strategic pricing initiatives by conducting financial analyses, developing pricing proposals, and managing alternative fee arrangements (AFAs). This role provides critical support to attorneys, practice groups, and management with budget creation, profitability analysis, and competitive pricing strategies to enhance client relationships while optimizing the firm’s financial performance.

Holland & Hart offers of employment take into consideration a candidate’s education, training, and experience, as well as the position's work location, external market and internal value, including seniority and merit systems, and internal pay alignment when determining the salary level for potential new employees. Colorado Salary Range is $69, to $115, annually. A discretionary bonus may be available based upon performance.
