Compensation

90–$120 per day

Rates depend on education and / or valid teaching certification)

What You’ll Do

Bring lessons to life by following teacher-prepared plans

Create a safe, respectful, and engaging classroom environment

Motivate students to participate and stay focused

Supervise during class, lunch, recess, and transitions

Assign and review work that keeps students moving forward

Take attendance and communicate concerns to school staff

Collaborate with teachers and administrators to support school goals

For long-term assignments, develop and deliver your own lessons

Schedule

Monday–Friday availability

Full Day : 7 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM

Half Day : 7 : 00 AM – 12 : 00 PM or 12 : 00 PM – 5 : 00 PM

What We’re Looking For

Associate degree or 60+ college credit hours (required)

Bachelor’s degree or teaching certification (preferred)

At least 1 year of classroom or childcare experience

Strong communication skills and confident classroom presence

Dependable transportation and punctuality
