Position : Speech Language Pathologist

Location : Norfolk, VA

Salary : $78,000 - $92,000 based on experience. Will be discussed in more detail during the in person interview.

Qualifications : Speech Language Pathologist License in VA.

  • Cannot Accept CFY

Shift : 8am-4 : 30p

If you have at least 1 year of experience and hold a Speech Language Pathologist License in VA, we invite you to apply.

As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will have the opportunity to work in a facility in Norfolk, VA. Your role will be pivotal in helping patients improve their communication and swallowing abilities, enhancing their overall quality of life.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Conduct assessments to identify speech and language disorders.
  • Develop comprehensive individualized treatment plans with focus on discharge needs.
  • Provide therapy and interventions to improve speech and language skills.
  • Collaborate with the well educated and experienced healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and progress reports.
  • Assessment of Speech and Language Level of Functioning
  • Provide screening of speech / language communication skills as part of the student intake process.

    • Qualifications :

  • Speech Language Pathologist License in VA (CFY candidates cannot be accepted).
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Dedication to delivering high-quality patient care.
