Job Details

We are seeking a mid-level associate attorney with 3+ years of experience in commercial real estate transactions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, financings (including repurchase facilities), and leasing. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex deals with minimal supervision, engage directly with clients, and contribute meaningfully to a high-performing team.

Key Qualifications

JD from an accredited law school and admission to practice

4–6 years of experience in commercial real estate law at a large or mid-sized firm

Proficiency in handling joint ventures, acquisitions / dispositions, leasing, and financing transactions

Ability to manage complex deals independently and collaboratively

Strong communication and client service skills

Interest in building a long-term practice in a collegial, high-deal-flow environment
