Information Security Analyst II - PECNA

We are seeking dedicated individuals to join us as full-time, on-site team members at our new, state-of-the-art factory located in the thriving city of DeSoto, Kansas.

As an Information Analyst, your primary responsibility is to protect the business from a wide range of physical and logical threats. This role will be accountable for PECNA IT and OT Security including cybersecurity innovative strategy and stable operations for a 24 / 7 manufacturing company. This role will work in collaboration with Panasonic functional teams, and 3rd party providers to deliver services and support the organization. This role will lead both proactive and defensive actions to protect, detect, and respond in partnership with other security, privacy, incident, and crisis teams across the regional enterprise.

Essential Duties :

• Develop, implement, and manage an information security program aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
• Optimize operations, ensure strict adherence to security protocols, and execute effective security strategies for Panasonic.
• Oversee ISMS platform for ISO27001, SOC 2 and regional compliance.
• Identify and assess information security risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
• Manage security incidents, investigate security breaches, and provide post-incident analysis and reports.
• Develop and maintain security policies, standards, guidelines, and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Conduct regular security audits and assessments to identify vulnerabilities and recommend remediation strategies.
• Coordinate training and awareness programs to educate employees on information security best practices.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure security is integrated into all aspects of the organization's operations.
• Evaluate and recommend new security technologies, products, and services to enhance the organization's security posture.
• Manage relationships with external vendors, service providers, and consultants to ensure compliance with security requirements.
