Key Responsibilities :
- Procurement Support - Purchase materials from vendors (Amazon, Home Depot, Lowe's, etc.).
- Internal Coordination - Work closely with project managers to track tasks and requirements.
- Vendor / Contractor Liaison
- Connect with vendors / subcontractors to follow up on project status.
- Organize, prioritize, and draft professional responses when needed.
- General Administrative Support
- Assist with other assigned tasks to keep operations efficient.
