Lead strategic partnerships and drive business growth as an Account Director. In this pivotal role, you'll foster strong client relationships, spearhead project initiatives, and optimize workload profitability. A Day in the Life

• Lead multi-channel client campaigns, meeting expectations, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with Project Management.
• Strategically manage brands through launches, positioning, and campaigns, providing proactive recommendation s.
• Foster team growth through mentorship, performance goal-setting, and development planning.
• Collaborate with internal teams, finance, and senior management to drive business objectives and resolve conflicts.
• Identify organic growth opportunities, evaluate cross-function al ideas, and optimize account strengths.
• Utilize agency resources creatively, staying adept in digital, media, social, analytics, and new business pitch processes.

What You Will Need

Salary

$100,000 to $140,000 annually
