Key Responsibilities

Manages daily processes in the Intake area related to the collection and documentation of patient appointment refusals

Conducts hourly rounds of intake area to monitor patient flow in services areas and report barriers to site leaders and custody staff.

Assists in collecting and managing data related to access to care initiatives as assigned

Ensures appropriate security measures are followed as outlined by the facility and necessary data is tracked.

7a-7p every other weekend

Log requests for offsite and diagnostic studies.

General Duties :

Support supervisors and the Health Services Administrator with other related duties as requested.

Key Qualifications

To qualify for this position, you must have :

A high school diploma or equivalent.

One year of experience in a healthcare environment (preferred).

Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.

The ability to meet initial and ongoing security clearance requirements, including a background check, security clearance, and drug screening.
