Job Description

You’ll be responsible for processing invoices, tracking payments, and making sure nothing slips through the cracks. This is a part-time position perfect for someone who thrives in a focused, independent work environment and understands the importance of accuracy in billing—especially in the trucking world.

Compensation : 22 - $25 hourly

Responsibilities : What You’ll Do :

  • Create and send accurate invoices to customers
  • Verify freight documentation (BOLs, rate confirmations, etc.)
  • Track payments, resolve billing discrepancies, and follow up on outstanding invoices
  • Coordinate with dispatch and accounting to ensure accurate billing
  • Maintain organized digital billing records

Qualifications : Requirements :

  • Experience in billing, invoicing, or accounting (trucking industry preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and time management
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, or similar tools
  • Knowledge of trucking operations, BOLs, and load documentation a big plus
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
