Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Project Engineer with 8-15 years of structural engineering experience related to Buildings to support our operations in Richmond VA. The successful candidate Candidate will have the opportunity to work with a highly collaborative and creative team on a diverse portfolio of projects.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Structural design and analysis for a wide range of buildings projects involving steel concrete masonry wood and archaic building systems.
• Assisting in the preparation of drawings and specifications.
• Conducting site investigations to document existing conditions.
• Project Management of staff and clients on large and / or complex projects
• Support Studio Leaders in managing staff and financials
• Providing mentoring and guidance to junior staff.
• Maintaining involvement in professional organizations to keep abreast of new industry developments.
