Duties and Responsibilities for Roofing   Front Counter :

Answer phones and help customers with questions and orders

Assist walk in with orders and answering any questions they may have

Assist clients with any issues or concerns

Recommend products and solutions to roofing contractors and homeowners

Arrange for will call orders to be successfully loaded into customer vehicle

Work as a team with other front counter team to hit goal and have customer satisfaction

Front Counter Sales also keep showroom clean and easily accessible

Skills and Qualifications for Roofing   Front Counter :

Proficient in excel

Customer service experience preferred

Willing to learn roofing material and install knowledge

Excellent work ethic required

Have a positive, teamwork attitude
