What You’ll Do

As our next IT Project Manager, you’ll be the primary client liaison and internal coordinator for IT engagements. From network builds and cloud migrations through cybersecurity hardening and backup deployments :

• Lead end-to-end project delivery : define scope, goals, milestones, budgets and resource plans
• Create and maintain detailed project schedules, tracking deliverables to ensure on-time, on-budget completion
• Assemble, mentor and coordinate Level 1-3 engineering teams across Autotask PSA and Microsoft Teams
• Proactively identify risks and change-order impacts, driving swift resolutions to avoid business-hour downtime
• Communicate status, forecasts and technical details in clear, client-friendly reports and presentations
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders; sales, service delivery, security and executive leadership to align projects with strategic goals
• Facilitate organizational change management activities and stakeholder onboarding
• Perform occasional on-site visits across the Dallas-Fort Worth area as needed
