Experience facilitating cross-functional workshops to align priorities and define MVPs or scope boundaries. Familiarity with agile and waterfall product development processes and working closely with product management, UX, and engineering Strong analytical and strategic thinking - able to connect data, partner feedback, and business goals into cohesive narratives to guide strategic decision-making

Job Summary :
We are seeking a Senior Business Strategist for Digital Partner Experience to serve as the linchpin in evolving our Partner Digital Experience, including enhancing our Partner Portal, Finder, Store, and digital ecosystems. This role is pivotal in aligning business strategies with our digital execution to drive partner productivity, enhance satisfaction, and spur our AI-first growth trajectory. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in business and product strategy within a global, matrixed organization, with the ability to translate complex needs into actionable digital strategies.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop a cohesive strategy and multiyear roadmap for the partner digital experience, aligning with company and stakeholder priorities.
- Gather and utilize partner feedback to make strategic recommendations and influence roadmap discussions.
- Define, prioritize, and gain executive approval for new digital initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical feasibility.
- Act as the business voice within cross-functional teams, driving partner-centric transformation and ensuring smooth collaboration between internal stakeholders and Digital Technology teams.
- Build and maintain critical business artifacts including ROI models, journey maps, and success metrics to measure impact and justify investments.
