Medical Claims Processor – Contract-to-Hire
Location : Denver, CO
Pay : $25–$27 per hour

LHH is seeking an experienced Medical Claims Processor / Adjudicator to join our team in Denver. This contract-to-hire role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in healthcare claims processing and a keen eye for accuracy and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Review, research, and adjudicate professional and hospital claims across all lines of business.
Ensure timely and accurate payment or denial in compliance with policies and regulations.
Investigate claim holds and pends, tracking documentation for resolution.
Communicate proactively with providers, members, and internal teams via phone and email.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve claim-related issues.
Provide feedback on process improvements and training needs.
Assist with audit documentation and identify emerging trends or discrepancies.
Maintain current knowledge of county, state, and federal healthcare regulations.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Education : High School Diploma or GED required.
Experience : Minimum 3 years in claims adjudication with facility or provider-based claims experience .
Strong customer service skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and basic PC operations.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Effective communication skills and adaptability in a fast-paced setting.
Pay Details : $25.00 to $27.00 per hour
