Compensation : $95,000 - $105,000 + Bonus

Your Impact as a Senior Corporate Accountant

As a Senior Corporate Accountant , you will :

Prepare and review monthly journal entries, reconciliations, and supporting schedules

Perform account fluctuation and variance analysis, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP

Assist in the consolidation of multiple subsidiaries, including intercompany reconciliations

Support accounting for corporate debt, leases, and other complex transactions

Contribute to the preparation of financial statements and cash flow forecasts

Liaise with auditors for quarterly reviews and annual audits

Identify and recommend improvements to streamline close and consolidation processes

Collaborate cross-functionally with FP&A, Technical Accounting, and subsidiary finance teams

Qualifications

Required :

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance

2-3 years of public accounting experience (Big 4 or top 10 firm)

Experience auditing companies with revenue of $500M+

Strong knowledge of US GAAP and general ledger accounting

Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, reconciliations)

Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills

Preferred :

CPA or CPA in progress

Public / private mix experience

Experience with Oracle, Hyperion, or Blackline

Exposure to fixed assets, lease, and debt accounting
