This Dermatology Locum Tenens position is located in Southern California

Schedule : Per diem (dates TBD)

Shift : 7a-7a, call

Routine inpatient consults for acute care issues (within 24 hours) :

Routine (inpatient) consultations means a consult for a patient in stable

condition / clinical situation : Response time shall be as soon as reasonably

possible; the expectation is that the consultation will occur within twenty-four

(24) hours of receipt of the consultation request, unless otherwise agreed

upon by the referring physician or designee (APP) and the Consultant.

Scope of practice : Dermatology Inpatient consults

EMR : EPIC

Hospital : 60-63 beds to start (73 bed capability); 8 bed ICU (20 bed capacity); 8 ETC beds

Group / support : full-subspecialty

Requirements (boards) : BC in DERM w / California license

Client selling points : Clean NPDB, experience with cancer patients

Rates : Negotiable
