Key Qualifications

Proficiency in using CAD systems for layout and fabrication drawings of Plumbing, HVAC, and Process Systems.

Experience in clash detection during project coordination.

Ability to attend and support coordination meetings effectively.

Competence in interpreting architectural, structural, and multi-level mechanical layouts.

Skill in managing project communication and preparing detailed Bills of Material.

Thorough understanding of applicable plumbing, process, or power piping codes.

Familiar with Autodesk AEC Collection, Revit, Navisworks, and Bluebeam Revu.

Excellent ability to identify and resolve coordination issues independently.

Strong skills in reviewing and implementing equipment submittals into layouts.
