Posting Details Business Title Coordinator, Field Education Posting Category Administrative Support / Clerical Salary Grade 06 Salary Plan Professional Staff - SEIU Hiring Range / Pay Rate Department School of Social Work Department Description Position Location Main Campus FTE 1.0 Job Summary Supports the planning, implementation, and oversight of Bachelor of Social Work, (BSW) and Master of Social Work, (MSW) field practicum placements in alignment with. Counsel on Social Work Education, (CSWE) standards. This role collaborates with program leadership, places students in appropriate internship settings, updates field manuals and course materials, and supports field liaisons and instructors. The coordinator manages the field education database, organizes field events, maintains agency relationships, and addresses student concerns during placements to ensure a high-quality field education experience. Performs other functionally related duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree. Preferably in social work or related field.
  • Supervisory or leadership experience.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to establish and maintain driver eligibility under CSU Driving and Motor Vehicle Policy.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in social work or related field.
  • Teaching and / or field practicum experience in higher education.
  • Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW) or Licensed Social Worker (LSW) in the State of Ohio.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, Teams, and PowerPoint.
