Project Manager
The Project Manager will support the engineering team by creating and executing work plans, revising them as needed. This role involves collaborating with manufacturing to identify risks during execution, managing day-to-day operational project scope, and working with multiple teams to mentor and provide feedback on work plans. Additionally, the Project Manager will manage and control exposure and risks both internally and externally, upselling clients on additional services or products. Collaboration with supply chain and manufacturing is essential to navigate roadblocks that may cause delays. Clear and concise communication of the plan with the team is crucial to ensure everyone knows their responsibilities and adheres to processes and procedures.

Work Environment
The work environment is Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM. The Project Manager will support the engineering group to ensure product design and development meets customer demands. Flexibility and adaptability are crucial due to the involvement in cradle-to-grave projects. The projects will be detailed and complex, requiring close collaboration with the engineering team to ensure milestones are reached. Any delays must be reported promptly.

This is a contract to hire position based out of Houston, Texas.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $41.00 - $49.00 / hr.
