About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and mission-minded professional to serve as a Chief Operating & Financial Officer (COO / CFO). This unique opportunity calls for a highly independent leader who thrives in a collaborative, values-based environment and is comfortable wearing multiple hats across operations, finance, and outreach.

Key Responsibilities

Lead financial analysis, budgeting, and long-term planning to ensure fiscal health and sustainability.

Oversee operations management, identifying efficiencies and supporting day-to-day business functions.

Develop and implement marketing and communication strategies to strengthen community engagement and visibility.

Manage and expand social media presence, creating content aligned with organizational values and initiatives.

Coordinate and oversee event planning and execution, ensuring smooth logistics and meaningful experiences.

Partner closely with leadership to align operational priorities with overall mission and goals.

Qualifications

MBA preferred.

Proven experience in senior operations and financial management (nonprofit preferred).

Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Demonstrated ability to work independently while remaining open to input and collaboration.

Skilled in financial planning, budgeting, and reporting.

Proficiency with marketing tools and social media platforms.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
