Case Manager, Criminal Justice Liaison

Complete benefit package- Medical, Dental, Vision and more! 33 paid days off 1st year Case Manager is a liaison for the criminal justice involved clients and treatment within Family and Children's Services. Case Manager will help the clients navigate the court system and break down barriers to getting to Mental Health and / or Substance Abuse Treatment. Works as advocate for consumers at risk of incarceration and as liaison between the agency, Justice. Link, and the court system under the direct supervision of the Program Supervisor. Functions within an interdisciplinary team that includes judges, court personnel, law enforcement, probation officers and other treatment providers. Responsible for communication flow between the court and agency staff regarding participant status and progress.
