    The Company is seeking a Chief Medical Officer to lead the implementation of a transformative clinical strategy that prioritizes exceptional patient and provider experience, high-quality outcomes, and affordable care. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing medical management functions, driving clinical product strategy, and advancing value-based care initiatives. This role requires a forward-thinking physician executive with a deep understanding of the healthcare industry, particularly within health plans, and a proven track record in leading clinical and business strategies. The CMO will also be instrumental in fostering a culture of health equity, leading the design and implementation of strategies to reduce disparities and improve access to high-quality care.

    Candidates for the Chief Medical Officer position at the company should have an MD or DO degree, with an MBA and / or relevant business experience preferred. A minimum of 10 years in healthcare leadership is required, with a strong background in clinical execution, enterprise value creation, and scaling commercial solutions. The role demands an individual with excellent leadership skills, the ability to think strategically, and a proven record of delivering innovative clinical solutions. Experience in value-based care, commercial health plan product design, and a deep commitment to compliance, safety, and quality care are essential. The CMO will also be responsible for building and inspiring a new-age clinical workforce, so experience in talent management and a focus on fostering a culture of engagement and excellence are key.
