What You'll Do

• Partner directly with the Sales Manager and business development team to support client and marketing initiatives.
• Maintain our CRM system to keep track of contacts, leads, and new business opportunities.
• Research markets and competitors to identify potential clients and trends.
• Help draft proposals, presentations, and marketing materials that showcase our services.
• Work with our marketing team to update website content, create social media posts, and brainstorm new campaign ideas.
• Assist in coordinating industry events and sponsorships , ensuring our brand is well represented.
• Join sales and underwriting staff at client meetings and networking events.
• Contribute to client service and retention efforts - helping us stay connected and responsive to customer needs.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.
