About the Role

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to accelerate revenue and expand market share.

Responsibilities

• Grow and manage relationships with key decision-makers in construction, mechanical / electrical trades, and hyperscale infrastructure.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in warehousing, project logistics, and scheduled or on-demand delivery.
• Collaborate with executive leadership and operations to ensure end-to-end customer satisfaction.
• Build, lead, and coach a high-performance sales team with clear KPIs, accountability, and growth plans.
• Represent the company at industry trade shows, conferences, and client events.

Pay range and compensation package

Base pay range : $150,000.00 / yr - $180,000.00 / yr. Additional compensation types include Annual Bonus.
