Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement machine learning models to solve complex business challenges and optimize decision-making processes.
- Analyze large datasets using statistical methods and mathematical modeling to uncover patterns and actionable insights.
- Utilize programming languages such as Python, R, or Scala to design, test, and deploy data science solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for applying data science techniques to improve operations.
- Lead the preparation and cleaning of datasets to ensure accuracy and reliability for analysis and modeling.
- Apply expert knowledge of libraries like scikit-learn, numpy, and pandas to enhance machine learning workflows.
- Manage and optimize cloud database solutions, including Snowflake, Databricks, and BigQuery, to support scalable data processing.
- Research and stay updated on emerging trends in artificial intelligence and machine learning to integrate best practices.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to less experienced team members in the application of data science techniques.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders through clear and compelling data visualizations.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in data science with a proven record of leading successful projects.
- Advanced proficiency in Python, R, or Scala for data analysis and machine learning applications.
- In-depth expertise in machine learning libraries such as scikit-learn, numpy, and pandas.
- Strong foundation in machine learning technologies, statistical methods, and mathematical modeling.
- Familiarity with cloud database platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, or BigQuery is preferred.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required; Master’s or Ph.D. in Statistics or a related discipline is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to present complex data findings in a clear and actionable manner.
