We are currently seeking an excellent outside sales representative who can develop a sales strategy and build and expand buyer relationships to achieve sales goals. You’ll be responsible for seeking out, engaging with, and presenting our solutions to new prospects and current customers. $80,000 - $120,000 yearly
Responsibilities :
- Show our solution to prospects with sales presentations, negotiate deals, and obtain sales contract signatures
- Surpass goals for monthly revenue expectations and lead or sales-generating activities
- Create a competitive analysis, identify industry and product trends, and position our brand as the clear and obvious choice
- Secure new deals and target buyers quickly, give them the information they need to envision our brand and close deals efficiently
- Convert “no” into “yes” by identifying and resolving potential obstacles such as budget, timelines, shareholders, competition, and other pain points
- Research and provide financial advice and strategies that are suitable based on the client's risk tolerance and financial objectives
- Help clients implement financial recommendations such as life insurance, savings plans, mutual funds, and other financial products
- Compile each client’s financial information to determine financial goals, financial status, cash flow, and financial expectations
- Customize financial plans for each client based on potential life changes and changing financial needs
- Provide exceptional customer service to existing clients; track and monitor communications in the client file, including strategies and financial advice given
Qualifications :
Prefer a minimum of 2+ years in outside sales experienceSome industry or product knowledge preferred and a High school diploma is requiredYou love talking and meeting with prospects, presenting to them, closing the deal, and asking for referralsYou are an organized, detail and deadline-oriented self-starter who loves contributing your team’s goalsA consistent top performer in salesSuperior relationship skills, communication skills, and customer service skills are necessaryBusiness mindsetRelevant knowledge of the financial industry, financial products, and best practices is preferredExperience in sales & finance is helpful but not requiredAbout Company
