In this pivotal position, you will enhance the electronic subscription order process with publishers, making a tangible impact on our operations and partnerships. Your expertise will be essential in managing the automated workflows for subscription orders, ensuring efficient communication with both internal teams and external partners. Key Responsibilities Manage the complete process of electronic subscription order delivery to publishers, ensuring timely and accurate exchanges. Utilize various data exchange methods (e.g., FTP, APIs, ICEDIS, custom formats) to facilitate seamless integrations. Lead initiatives to transition publishers from outdated formats to modern, automated data exchange solutions. Work closely with internal teams in operations, technology, and account management to resolve delivery issues and enhance data quality. Monitor and analyze operational data flows to propose enhancements for improved reliability and efficiency. Maintain comprehensive documentation of publisher integration requirements and delivery formats. Conduct data and workflow analyses to identify areas for improvement and support ongoing process enhancements. Engage in system testing and rollout of new features or improvements related to integrations. Required Qualifications At least 2 years of experience in operations, order processing, data integration, or a similar analytical role. Proficiency in electronic data delivery methods, including FTP / SFTP, APIs, and structured formats like ICEDIS, XML, JSON, and CSV. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong focus on detail and data accuracy. Demonstrated ability to manage projects and collaborate effectively across different teams. Strong written and verbal communication skills for clear information sharing. Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with CRM and / or ERP systems relevant to sales and order management. Understanding of large data sets and comprehensive data exchange processes. Experience in the publishing, library services, or subscription-based industries.
